Before I start trying to make adjustments, or see what adjustment are possible let me ask,,when the pedal is FULLY engaged is the pot turned all the way up,,,and when backed off completely is the pot all the way down? Does the full range of the pedal equal the full range of the pot? Maybe this is a question I should address to the Goodrich boys?

When assembling the pedal we endeavor to get the full range of the pot with the excursion of the pedal. That said, one never wants the pot to act as a stop or it will damage the pot so a titch of room must be left on each side of the full open and full closed positions.
