Nice looking stuff. We just got a 3-D printer here at work for prototyping springs drawn up in our Solid Edge CAD system. The materials available for durable 3D parts is expanding at a brisk pace and I'm sure soon we will be making 3D machine repair parts and tooling without our EDM machine.
