So a cat has a recently acquired Maverick in Indiana near where I spend Saturday night's layover. He said he wants to have it looked at and adjusted if need be.
As this will be 600 miles from my workbench, I'd rather have everything I'll need in my seat when I leave.
I'm assuming slotted and Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench.
Any Allen wrenches?

On the older models at least, you will need an allen wrench for tuning the pedals, not certain of the size...FYI: In case you are not already aware; the pedals are tuned utilizing the tuning keys, the open strings tuned with the allen screws.

Yup. I have owned, and still miss, pull-release guitars.

No. Those are for use exclusively on MSA Red Barons.

I was thinking a big sledge hammer. The Maverick I owned when first starting out could have benefited greatly from an 8 lb. wood splitting maul. Laughing

Well, I'm not going to tell him he has a junk guitar unless it's in crap condition. Thanks for the helpful info. I'll just grab a few tools and hope I have what I need.
