"Jerry Byrd's Folio..." / Three String Swing

Got asked to play a show where the band wants to play Three String Swing, but having some difficulty figuring out the B section. Does anyone have Jerry Byrd's Folio of His Best Steel Guitar Hits and want to sell or rent it to me, or know of some other tab out there? Any help very much appreciated.

And thanks to Ray Montee for listing the contents of this book on his website so I knew what to ask for.
