I had ordered a lesson from Troy and was having computer trouble and emailed him...within 2 minutes he responded, gave me his cell number, I called him and he fixed my problem in probably 5 minutes ! There wasnt anything wrong with his lesson format,,,it was me ! Above and beyond the call of duty for him to take his time to help me. It would have taken all evening of frustration for me and I still wouldnt have solved it. In addition, his lessons are very clear, come with video, tab, tracks. I cant say enough about his gentleman's response to help this old man ! I highly recommend you give his lessons a try if you havent already done so...really a lot of fun there ! It made my day ! Talk about service after the sale...made a repeat customer out of me for sure !!
