Which material are you looking for? The material used for the covers Victoria made for Fender Tweed amps (and Standels and others, I am sure), or for one of the Tweed styles used for covering the cabinets?
It sounds like you are asking for the tweed amp cover and it is just a medium-heavy cotton canvas, at least this 1950 Victoria cover is. This Victoria has nothing to do with the current amp maker called Victoria.

If it is tweed covering and grill cloth you are looking for, keep in mind there are some differences from supplier to supplier. Some may be slightly higher priced, but better quality than others. If you are recovering a vintage amp, there are suppliers that specialize in period correct material.
Antique electronics is a good source as mentioned.
I know members are making faces at the thought of recovering vintage, but for instance my 57 Tweed pro had all the tweed removed already, and had a pleather faux cowboy covering on it.
