Hi Jerry,
I just acquired a beautiful red lacquer Williams 700 Series S-10 4x5 with a standard key head. I thought I'd let you know in case you might consider it instead of an SD-10 keyless. It's virtually in as new condition and includes an ATA flight case.

Let me know if this interests you.
The steel now has 5 floor pedals and a Bill Lawrence 705 humbucker, and it comes with the Williams flight case.
Lots more photos are available if you're interested. The discoloration near the pickup is just camera flash.
Here's another picture showing the 5 floor pedals, and less camera flash. There are 5 knee levers.
