I'm looking for replacement tuners for my vintage wartime (1941) Rickenbacker B6. Does anyone know if there is a drop in solution?

Grover Sta Tites are close if they are the individual tuners ( not the three on the plate).

The mounting holes are close , and the tuner post holes in the bakelite have to be filed or preferably reamed a touch. Do not drill the bakelite. If the drill bit grabs , it may not end up in a pretty result.

I have not tried the Golden Age tuners from Stew Mac, but they are made to be good replacements on old Kluson tuners form the 30's and 40's . They have a 3 on the plate tuner as well. They offer detailed mounting specs and post hole size specs on there web site. If you have access to a caliper , you can measure your posts and mounting holes to get a sure answer.

I had the "Golden Age Restoration Tuners" installed on one of my B6 lap steels. As you can see, the holes on the tuners had to be elongated slightly to match the existing holes on the Rick peg head. I'm happy with the result. They are a good substitute for the originals.
