Just setting up and adjusting my guitar again.
Have been raising my 1st & 2nd string to G# & E for a while off and on before I learned it's part of the Franklin pedal change. Oh well, no new ideas come along very often. Whoa!

Anyway as I understand it the Franklin pedal should also drop string 6 to F# or raise string 7 to G#.
Does anyone know for sure because I can do either.

Thanks ahead of time,
Andy

I may be wrong, but I think the Franklin pedal only lowers both B's and the G# a whole step.

Franklin pedal should lower 5,6 and 10.

Thanks Dale but is the a 1/2 step or whole step?
I already have a knee lever that lowers 3 & 6 each a 1/2 tone.

Thanks Tim,
That RKR is almost like I have on my first pedal.
As for the other "Franklin Pedal" I have something like that on my other steel.
Best wishes,
Andy

This is the other one that I left in Saigon and has been my main PSG.
Pedals 2&3 give me A6th from string 10 to 3 with all levers doing things that work well with that;

My new Mullen G2 will have this similar tuning on it but will use pedals 1&2 for the A6th with the 3rd string lowering to F# and the vertical knee will give a good E dim.
They expect to deliver this guitar next month, Looking forward to that like a kid waiting for Christmas;
