My three pedals are in my second third and forth posistions. I'm getting ready to add a first pedal. I saw a picture of a steel with a longer first pedal. That would be perfect for what I'm doing. Any suggestions of where to get one or someone that can make one. I play a justice s10 pro and will be using Freds kit. |

I saw that photo but I can't find it now Jeff. I'm pretty sure it was a GFI.
All I've been able to find is a photo of the Al Petty heel/toe GFI, but I know that's not the one and those pedals are extremely long.
You might contact the folks at GFI though. |

Is there any reason not to ask Fred? _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

The one I saw the first was the only one longer. Maybe three inches at the most. Not something I have to have but it's a good idea. I will ask Fred before I do anything.

Checked the EXCEL out last night and yes, it's the one with the extra long "0" pedal which is set up as the Franklin pedal dropping 5,6 & 10. Great guitar and still new. Call 601-315-0452. Stevie Sanford is selling it for the Excel folks but he'll be taking the guitar to Nashville to Seymour's old store to leave for sale in a few days. Now is the perfect time to buy this D-10 at a great price. It's here in Seminary, MS. now. Also a pretty S-10, 4 & 5, keyless. Black mica on top and dark green mica on front is here and available. U-12 black mica Excel, new, is also here and for sale. If I had not bought a S-10 Desert Rose recently, the Black/Green S-10 would be mine. Only 25lbs. and doesn't move either. Wanna a deal on a new Excel, right now's the time to save. Stevie's good folks and will treat you right. |
