This a really clean Peavey Vegas 400, inside and out. It has the original Black Widow 1502-4 speaker and updated OPA2134 Opamp chips. I just gave the pots a shot of DeOxit, even though they really didn't need it. They don't scratch or hiss at all. I also re-tensioned the Molex connectors that plug into the head. This amp is super quiet at idle and under load. All hardware is shiny and rust free. The Tolex and handle are in great condition. It did not have the original brushed aluminum trim strips when I bought it. I actually like it better without them. I believe the serial number indicates it's a 1973 model.
In the photo of the back, below, the heat sink looks rusty. It is not. It's just bad lighting and camera work. $350 plus shipping. The amp is still available. I am also willing to talk trade for a nice SMS Tonic preamp; maybe a Revelation preamp or a Tonic SMS preamp.
The Eminence EPS-12C (12") Neo speaker in good condition. It weighs 7.1 pounds according to Eminence specs.
$145 shipped CONUS for the 12" (STILL AVAILABLE)
