I'll be playing in the staff band at PSGA November 6 and will have my practice tracks available.

The best way to practice at home is to play along with tracks like these that include a singer. It tests your ability to play the melody, which should be your second concern, after sorting out the chords.
I highly recommend these from Steve Alcott! Many of my students have bought them and love how quickly their playing improves when practicing with a "band." _________________ E9 INSTRUCTION
