I am selling a circa 1966 Sho-Bud D-10 Permenant. If you want that early Permenant sound but with ten strings and some knee levers, this is it! Formerly owned by Bobbe Seymour. Rosewood and maple make this a really beautiful guitar! I'd planned on keeping it forever, but I've had some things come up and this one sadly has to go. Volume and tone controls are removed like on a modern guitar. I am mostly a non-pedal guy so I don't know a lot technically about the guitar's undercarriage, other than Bobbe added two knee levers (to raise and lower the E strings). It has seven pedals, the one standard pedal it doesn't have is the one that raises both of the A strings on C6. It has humbucking pickups and sounds like a million bucks. Comes with a hard shell case and is still strung with Bobbe's strings!

$1650 OBO, plus shipping. I would prefer a local sale in the Nashville area but am willing to ship within the US. Thanks for looking!

Chris,

It looks like Bobbe rebuilt all the mechanics on the E9 neck. Would it be possible to get closer shots of the under carriage of the knee and A B C pedal mechanisms?

Fantastic guitar and history. Sorry you have to let her go.

Cheers, Bryan
