Update: trying again. See second post.

Another question from an effects newbie. I recently found a Noval Delay at a too-good-to-pass-up deal and now I've got to actually use the thing. Anyone have some good settings to get me started?

To be perfectly honest I'm finding the number things this thing can do to be a bit overwhelming...

After the last attempt, I set this pedal aside for a few years. Playing with pedals again so I thought I'd try again to see if anyone could help me with this device.

I'm especially wondering where to start with the Subdiv and Type settings.

I'm looking to start with the basic "always on" type of effect but also to get a good setting for the sort of rapid doubling I've seen steelers use it for

The unit I have is this one.

Please help this delay newbie!
