Hello,
I just purchased an old emmons volume pedal, and it's missing the drop pin. I was wondering,
1. If anybody had one for sale?
or
2. Is there a good alternative to a drop pin? I'm sure that, over time, a lot of these have gone missing, and knowing you guys, good alternatives have been provided.

Hardware stores or Tractor Supply will have a clevis pin the right size. You can find one in stainless or chrome plate. Neater than a bolt and no threads to chew up your pedal bar.
Probably someone here has the correct drop pin laying around though.

So can somebody post how this mounts into an Emmons pedal bar? I think I know, and I think I'm missing a mount - just wanna make sure I ask for the right part(s).
Here's the bar - don't have a backside view, yet, and the pedal is already posted.

| Show a backside view. The old style like the pedal you have has a slot in the back of the pedal bar to slide in and the drop pin holds it. The newer style has a smaller hole In the pedal bar and 2 little strips attached to the bottom of the pedal bar to rest the feet on. The newer pin is built in and sticks up thru the hole in the bar. |

Sam, I have some pins for the Emmons pedal. I also have the landings and screws, but there are two different hole patterns. I would need to know the exact distance between the holes in the bottom of the pedal bar. There are two pair of holes where the two landings bolt to the bar. If if is newer model they would be 7/16" center to center. Older is around 1/2" I think. I can help you if you with the landings, screws and pin if you wish.

1/4" phone jack works really well. I stick a George L in there if the need arises.

Nothing works without the landings for the pedal feet. I also have the rubber feet for the pedal.

The holes for the landings are 1/2" apart at the center, Jerry.
I certainly need the drop pin, and the landings. I have the rubber feet, though they are the smaller ones - unless I'm missing something.
