Thnx for sharing. I heard a lot of nice chord voicing.

How about sharing how your strings are tuned?

It reminds me of my own time spent trying to get the tuning and the instrument into my head. Using practical vehicles like standard tunes is the best way to do it.

A lot of what I did has vanished from my mind, but in the process I discovered new solutions which led to a deeper listening to my own ideas and the quest to figure them out. I'm not just talking about melodic ideas, but a new approach and simplification of things, which makes it easier for me to get the most out of my instrument and concentrate on just making music without too much thinking.

Here's a pretty impressive reharmonization of Autumn Leaves from Tal Farlow's classic 1950s recording:

Sadly I like to analyse how and why?

I'm an IT geek so that's how I'm hard wired. Very Happy

But I think I've got the sound I wanted sussed finally. Now to re-train my Modes and fretboard knowledge, chords and scales again. Whoa!

But hopefully it'll be easier this time. Besides if the masters learnt to operate two necks with tons of levers and pedals hell I can do this and one day God willing be even better. Mwahahaha. Laughing
