Here's a quick demo I did with steel and Nashville tele through the Telonics TCA-500 amp mic'd with a Shure SM-57. No DAW reverb added, just the TC Electronics G Major 2 effects set on "Steel Johnson BSW". Effects description: "A medium to long reverb and delay combination - We had in mind a typical reverb that Mike Johnson might use for something like Beneath Still Waters. The delay is subtle so as to not clutter the sound".

Craig and Roy, thanks for the nice comments!

The Telonics provided effects for the G Major are starting to grow on me. There's a variety of reverbs only, reverbs with various delay settings and algorithm settings that let the original note come through without the effect being right on top of it. They rival the spaciousness of my studio effects but you can get these to sound this way live! I still like the basic reverbs provided by stomp boxes like the Hall of Fame and RV5 for some situations so I added those settings to my G Major to eliminate having the stomp box in my setup.

Haven't got into videos yet for my steel guitar stuff. YouTube videos can have good sound quality but many if not most have horrible audio quality.
