I have had my Encore for three years and it has done me the world of good. It is a great guitar and has a lovely tone and a truly great instrument. The after sales service is fantastic too.

Yes indeed Doug is a great man who is not only interested in sales but in customer satisfaction and has always been there to provide help and ready to offer advice. I know this well as I live in an area where steel guitars were little known, let alone pedal steels and his very welcome advice was a god send. I loved this guitar whenever I opened the box as : it looked fantastic; smelled just right; was easy for a novice to assemble; and played just right pretty; I fell in love with it so great stuff DOUG and I know Jacob will love it too. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Smile Smile JAMES TAYLOR
