One thing that i have always been excited about is learning some new phrase or riff or run on the steel. you start with a couple notes then expand it to another cord change then resolve it back to where it started and that pleases the ears and puts a smile on my face , even if it is something that i might have heard before and somebody else played it , its mine now I worked to learn it so i can claim it . It is a good thing. Hearing yourself play something new to you is always exciting dont ya think ? |

Also, what about when something you think you know suddenly sounds good instead of just average. I get a kick from that. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!
