Using windows live mail. I have an email which I cannot do anything with. A pop up window occurs saying "an unknown error has occurred" and I can't do anything with it at all. I'd like to delete it. Thanks for any help. Bill Myrick |

Sometimes the WLM database gets corrupted and this happens. When it does, it may be that WLM has created a secondary folder that contains recovered messages. Look through your list of email folders in the program interface for any that say Recovered, or similar wording.
I found that this happened to me after I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, then rolled back, then upgraded again. It happened again after I upgraded WLM from version 2011 to version 2012 _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
