All,
I will be in Nashville this weekend all day Friday and leaving out super late Saturday night. I have been taking Skype lessons from Rusty Danmyer and we were planning on hooking up, however he just took a new road gig and is unable to get with me. Just got off the phone with Mr. Jernigan and he is also out of town. Anyone available or know someone who is interested. I would like to get an hour or two with someone who can give me some hands on guidance with regards to tone and maybe some tasty licks I can incorporate into my playing. I'm not really interested in learning note for note songs at this point but would like to get some stuff that I can immediately put to use but also help me with technique. Sorry for the short notice but thanks in advance for the help.

I don't want to give Mike any bad publicity, I visited him in Nashville for lessons about a year ago and he was great to me...but I am too having a trouble getting in contact with him.

I tried to contact him via here, email and Facebook without any luck. I thought it was me Sad that was the problem, but perhaps not.

I talked to Mike two weeks ago in Nashville, he was playing on Broadway next to ET record shop. Plus, he sometimes plays the Midnight Jamboree at ET record shop. Hope you are able to make contact with him. Mike is one super nice guy and can play as well as anyone. Best of luck. Gary

You could also try Buck Reid. I know he was recently offering lessons, but he may be on tour.

Johan. I did respond to your email and told you we do it when my workload slowed down. I don't know why you didn't get my reply but I sent it.

Weird. No problem Mike, I will check in later or you send me an email when you're less busy! I'll look forward to it.
