Floyd Robinson - Brother of ISGHOF Member Billy Robinson. Life long entertainer, youngest member of Grand Old Opry, inducted at age 17. Rest easy Floyd....

He will be missed. Our prayers go out to his wife and family and to his brother Billy.
Floyd and his wife are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Patricia and I have been to their home and broke bread with them.
Floyd was a very talented man and a great artist and writer.
One thing you would notice in meeting Floyd is he had the Lord is in his heart

Floyd Eugene Robinson
Hendersonville, TN
Age 83, went to be with the Lord on May 28, 2016.

He was born on August 10, 1932 in Nashville, TN to the late William Douglas and Arizona Box Robinson. Floyd was an entrepreneur and entertainer all his life. He was best known for his ability to play the guitar and he was the youngest member of the Grand Ole Opry, inducted at the age of 17.

He is also preceded in death by his son, Floyd Robinson, Jr. "Butch" (Shirley). He is survived by his brother, William Brannon Robinson; Loving wife of 66 years, Joyce Roberts Robinson; children, Sherry Robinson Peacock (Stan), Donna Robinson Decker (Rick); grandchildren, Timothy Herrington (Bridget), Joshua Herrington, Rachel Hendrix (Kevin), and Michelle Rainey (Ben); great-grandchildren, Timothy Herrington, Jr., Jayden Herrington, Alyssa Herrington, Brock Rainey and Hadlee Rainey.
