Good project for you .Double neck all maple cabinet with 10 pedal set up an all the knees u can dream up. Cabinet top measures one half inch thick also front an back apron 1/2 inch this is very close to Emmons cabinet specks. You can email me for more details. zkinglapsteel@gmail.com

Body milled front an back to install steel plate,even with cabinet aprons this adds strength to cabinet an makes for neater appearance. Cross bars use a sliding spring loaded pin in each end . Has Delrin bearing surface at all friction points.

Cross bars are standard 3/8,s square and can be removed by pushing on spring loaded pins. Set up for up to 10 pedals an all the knee levers you want. Would make nice double ten.

This looks like a very nice body, but where would you ever find end plates for it. It would have to be a keeper, because it is hard to sell a No name Steel

Nice job on the spring-loaded cross-shafts. Much easier shaft removal than the LeGrande system (or lack thereof)
