On July 28th past my favorite and oldest guitar student, Rocky Hazel passed away at the age of 97. I played at his Celebration Of Life service along with several other musical friends.
In his memory I arranged this solo for Dobro Guitar. Here is the link..............

and here's how Rocky looked with his Guitar. I learned far more from him than he got from me. Amazing Man!!

Never too old to learn! Way to keep the brain functioning. Use it or lose it. What a nice tribute.

Absolutely beautiful playing and with so much feeling.
I'm sure the gentleman would be smiling down when he heard you play. Thank you Lee

Really lovely, and obviously played with great feeling (and musicality). Nicely done, and sorry for the loss of your friend.

I'm hoping I can grab my dobro and set it across my wheelchair at 97!

A touching arrangement, Roy. Good job.

Thanks kindly Jim and Bill.
To clarify, I used the straight G Major tuning for this song.
D--B--G--D--B--G High to Low .. same as Rocky used.
