North Carolina Great Steel Players

Hello everyone. Anna and I went to Rocking Rays in Benson N.C.. What great music there last night.Ray has a large two car Garage and added on one side for a snack bar and the other side for a Stage for the bands. Last night was one of the best music we have heard here. The band had Allen Howington on Steel and to top it off his Brother Johnny was there and so was B.J. Billy Barbou.These three Steel Guitar Player just totally played the best Steel Guitar I have heard since Ray Walker passed away 3 years ago.They were the best I have heard in a long time.I'm going to be very happy to have them and the other 9 Steel players I have coming to the North Carolina Steel Guitar Jam on October 10 TH at the Senior Center in Coats N.C. just off Route 55.This Steel Guitar Jam is free to all and if you want to Donate to help the Senior Caenter that is fine . Every thing that is made will be donated to the Senior Center.Our half of the 50/50 will go to the Cenior Center to help them out and they will have Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for food and Soda and water.
All are welcome to come even if you do not want to Donate.We did this 3 Years ago and it helped the Senior Center.If you want to hear some of the best country music around come and listen to Ray Cross and the Country Diamonds with all the Steel Guitar Players.
