August 2nd marks the 3rd annual Stars & Steel Guitars Jam at Long Hollow Pike Jamboree in Goodlettesville, Tn. It promises to be another great one with 19 players already commited.

The actual lineup is not quite complete however here are some of the confirmed players. Lynn Owsley, Billy Robinson, Pat Sever, Jay Strupe, Shannon Todd, Charlie Witten, Chris Castle, Drew Covington, Randy Smith, Ricky Hinson, Rich Swaggart and several others. Invited guests who have not yet confirmed are; Gary Carter, Doug Jernigan and Mike Johnson.

I am so sorry that I can't make this jam! I had a great time there last year. I just got new shows booked with 2 artists and have rehearsal in northern ky Sunday. So that has to come first for me. Will try to make the next one!

| I was unable to make this wonderful show. I hope someone will post a few photos and report on the turn out. Bobby always does a great job of getting great talent and superior backing bands. My wife's cancer treatment held us back. I hope this show will continue to grow. |

It was great and everyone played great.Some of the players had to truly squeeze their appearance into their schedule such as "Mike Johnson and Eddie Dunlap" but they did it.
