I've got a Emmons single coil pickup with a cracked baseplate.
The crack runs the length of the pole pieces.
Who can replace the baseplate?

Jerry Wallace, the guy who does Truetone pickups, might be able to. Give him a call

Jason Lollar is a pro.. Pickups are his only business. He rewound a horseshoe pickup for my Dad.. and redid a pickup for me that had the same broken plate issue yours has..

Tommy,

Besides the capable folks that have been mentioned, another option would be to just send it to Ron Lashley Jr. at Emmons Guitar. He can repair it like new again for you. I've had him repair or rewind several Emmons pickups previously. There is a very good chance that it will need to be rewound, so you could specify what you'd like to have it wound to, if required. Otherwise, he'd probably wind it to about 19.5K ohms.

Harold Saunders worked for me at Emmons making our pickups. He makes, repairs, and rewinds pickups at his home shop. I strongly endorse his work. His number is 336-672-1386.

Harold Saunders just reworked my Emmons single coil. Bad pole magnet, new base plate and rewound at a bargain. Man of very high integrity and stands behind his work.
