I know there are threads about shipping/insuring/damage/shipper won't pay claim, etc. woes and recommended shipping carriers and packing/insuring tips and I would appreciate a redirect to a good thread that addresses this.

Remember that the guitar stands up to a 50% chance of dropping to a concrete floor from a cart. Properly braced and packed, this isn't a problem.

Thanks for the link Michael. This is good information.
I also need educating on insuring the shipment to give me and the receiver maximum coverage for damage in transit should it occur.
Once again, all advice or thread redirections appreciated.
