Over the years of watching videos of steel players, it has become apparent that any pet (apart from goldfish and cagebirds) immediately vacates the room as soon as the playing commences.

Are they trying to tell us something?

Richard I used to have a cocker spaniel that could (and would) howl a perfect "E" note when I played! It was hilarious!

Maybe it's the same sense that allows animals to escape impending disasters like forest fires, earthquakes, and tsunamis. b0b has it...but only for banjos Smile

I'm with Ray. My wife started running in 2005, and I hear she is still running.

I've had that effect for years upon arriving at nightclubs. The minute I'd pull the steel out of the case…

Trying to come up with a song for YouTube can be a challenge when there's three dogs in the room (one of which wants the window open so she can see out), and a well-meaning buddy visiting suddenly who's not only brought a bunch of beer with him, but also a degree of intoxication as well ...

Ray, we need to get together sometime and see if we were married to any of the same women. If they don't find out we're in Cahoots, maybe we could get back some stuff.
