Just wanted to say a big Thanks to Bill and all the Alabama gang that put on the jam yesterday.
Was great seeing our friends and meeting new friends.
The music was great and it was a great place to have a jam.
Thanks to all the players and band for a great day. |

Just wanted to add my thanks to Bill Cook for all he does for steel guitar in Alabama. By him starting this show and asking me to play on it some doors have opened for me to do some things musically I might not have otherwise gotten to do.
This was prolly the best yet minus missing my pal Mike Johnson. Was awesome meeting Buck Reid and Eddie Lange. Was great getting to chat with Eddie for a while.
And thanks to the band Jim Hartley Bob Strickland Bill Cunningham Mike Taylor and my favorite addition the great Ric Boyer.
And thanks to all the folks in the crowd that had good things to say and making all the request. And had some kind words extended to me by the legendary Billy Robinson.
Was an awesome weekend!!!!! _________________ JDAWG

It was a great show indeed and as Jeremy mentioned we did miss Mike and Joanie. Congratulations to my friend and neighbor Jack Goodson. I have told him this before, Bill Cook is a class act. |
