Looks a little like my dog too. She sits at the pedals as i pedal away.
She knows a few licks too but mainly in her food bowl. |

Ray, Spencer is a Pointer/Springer Spaniel mix. Weighs in at about 60 lbs.
Steve, Yes Spencer sings along when I play guitar. Mostly w my acoustic guitar tho. He does gentle woofs and woos, but when I hit something interesting he raises his head and gives it like a sax solo. In rhythm and usually in key. Only dog I've ever seen do that. Sadly, Spencer's lost a lot of his hearing in old age and doesn't 'sing' w my anymore. I don't know which tuning he prefers, I prefer open G tuning. He used to be real fond of the key of A and rhythms in 3/4 or 6/8. Now he just wags his tail when I play. |

My dog expressed how he felt about my steel playing once......I had to clean it up with a mop!

Cows like it too. I can't stand being indoors, so I do a lot of my practicing out on the back patio. It is, usually, not long before the cows start to gather at the back fence. They will stand there as long as I keep playing. When I stop, they wander on back out in the pasture.
I'm sure it is because they love my playing, and not because they think I'm going to feed them. lol |
