Great tune and video. I love what Bruce did, and this is well interpreted! But with a little Currie flavor. Im wondering if anyone can help me with the lick at about 2:12, winding up the solo. Thanks!

Man, he knocked that out of the park. That was as good as I have ever heard that part played before.
Sorry, I can not figure out what he did.
Somebody tab that out for us or show us how its done on a Youtube video.

| He is getting that wind up lick on the third string fifth fret I believe. B pedal engaged before being picked. After playing the third string release the B pedal quickly and staying on the same fret play the first string right after quickly. The last notes are on the fourth string and fifth. Play the fourth string and then the fifth and engage the A pedal. Same fret the entire lick. I can tab later but that will get you started in the meantime. I hope that helps. |

| Correction, I listened to it more on the video and what I put was a little different. 5th fret B pedal down hit 3rd string release pedal and play strings 1 then 4. On 7th fret play string 4 and slide bar down 1 fret while it rings playing string 2. Just do the E chord lick the way you want, but it is with A+B pedals down playing the 5th string and releasing the A pedal and playing the 6th string with B pedal down. Play strings 4,5 and 6 keeping the B pedal down with bar on the 7th fret and rock your foot over to depress the A pedal while still holding the B pedal down. Pick or palm block while playing and the first four notes are as fast as counting from one to four as fast as you can. With practice it sounds good. |

Great job by Randle for sure!! But I've always liked the way Bruce Bouton played anything Ricky sang. They were the best country band ever, IMO.
