I wondered why Tom would do this tune in D. This is not an exact transcription but "in the style" kind of thing. I love his reso playing. This track is on Timewarp Tophands Relaxin'. Can anyone point me to other recordings of his reso playing?

Juglin Cats has two tracks: "Wagon Wheels", which is one of my favorites, and "The Surey With The Fringe On Top". tommy Did a CD called "Wolftracks". I think there are some tracks with dobro on that one too. I know there are a few others, but would have to go back and search through all of theCD's for them. One more that may have a cut or two, is "Son of No Peddlers". Enjoy. |

Thanks, guys. I can now selectively increase my Tophands collection, not that I wouldn't mind the whole lot. |
