Does anyone know what the standard copedent might have been for the S10 Dekley,Pre Slimline, 4 and 4?

The pedals were standard Emmons:
1 - Bs to C#
2 - G#s to A
3 - 4&5 E to F# and B to C#
LKL - Es to F
LKR - Es to D#
RKL - 2&9 D# to D/C# and D to C#
RKR - F#s to G
