Metal necks ? Wouldn't that be a Pro III ? I'm looking for a nice Pro II. This one looks nice. Smile

I had a Pro II with metals necks. Was a great sounding guitar. Mine had the small pedals.
That's a great looking axe, priced right too Smile

Doug, It's an early single raise/ single lower changer with the brass barrel tuners.
Bill, Customers could order wood or metal necks, and the front apron would then have the "Pro-II Custom" decal.

Out of all the Pro 2's the single single changer is the absolute best sounding one. [/code]

For Michael,,, Several holes where knee levers were moved for the comfort of the previous owner. Several raise-helper springs disconnected to allow lowering string to pitch. Been played, but lots of life left for the next new owner.

The Buds with 2 hole pullers w/ barrels are fantastic sounding steels...I'm surprised a Sho-Bud afficionado like me hasn't snagged this already...

This guitar is definitely a Pro II. It's more than likely one of the first square front Pro Series guitars. I'll bet it's a real good one.
