Bert has graciously agreed to be our featured player for July... so be there or be square! Bert played with Hank Thompson's Brazos Valley Boys during their heyday... his other credits are too numerous to ennumerate here (Johnny Carson Show, etc). He is a TSGA HOF'er as well as Texas Western Swing HOF'er.

We will have our normal backup musicians, including Jerry Don, an old friend of Bert's:

Jerry Don Motley guitar
John Chandler drums
Charlie Irwin bass

Our venue is as normal:

290 West Club
12013 U.S. 290W
Austin, TX 78737
(512) 288-0808

... and our time is also: jam at 2pm, Bert at 3pm, jam after Bert.

Please come out and enjoy some great music... bring a steel if you want to jam, bring stuff to sell if you have some, don't forget the club has great burgers and drinks.
