I also remember him using that Sho~Bud "Christmas Tree" amp in the picture in the previous post. |
And Maverick Music had it for sale, a couple of year ago, for 10,000.00. |

Did Sho~Bud have the clutch on the rear legs up so high? I know ZB did. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, NV400, NV112 . Playing for 54 years and still counting. |

Richard, I was only joking (as per the laugh emoticon.) What I thought made it funny was that from the angle, you could not see any logo - hence, one could pass it off as any brand…
As for the clutches, you are right - it probably is a ZB as Sho-Buds were never that high. |

Stupid question...I never got into the Dead Head scene man, so don't know, but was Jerry missing part of his middle finger on his right hand? And if so, how'd he lose it? |
In a Guitar Player interview, Jerry said his brother cut it off with an axe when Jerry was 4 years old. |

If there's a pic of Jerry playing a Sho-Bud I want a poster!
Love a Jerry Garcia thread... he sparked my interest in pedal steel -other than the fact my uncle offered to let me borrow his.
I got a 1971 at the Fillmore but would love to get more New Riders or tips of shows he played with the Dead. _________________ Emmons Lashley LeGrande, Still borrowing my uncle's Sho-Bud Pro-I he never thought I'd learn!
