I can tell you that the one on my '69 S-12 is exactly like a left-moving lever (like LKL or RKL) with the pivot between the bracket that connects to the cross shaft and the lever itself permanently set at 90 degrees from the bracket to the lever, using two pins instead of the one used in the LKL style lever.

Cass or Lacey or somebody might know whether any other styles exist on other guitars, but that's what's on mine -- I assume it's original/factory equipment. Works fine, but it is a little short. Actually, I modified mine since it's for a universal guitar and needs to be combined with the last few pedals. Just took a piece of aluminum channel and had my machine shop buddy bend and cut it to shape and add a couple of set screws. This may or may not be appropriate for you.

You'll notice on the LKL there's a single pin through the lever pivot point.
You'll also see the aluminum channel lever extension -- the lever itself actually ends after about where the 3rd pedal rod is in the picture. Works for me. Not stock, but can be returned to stock by loosening two setscrews.

Hope this helps.

Mike added a vertical to my C6 and he simply used a "regular" knee lever, removed the pin, position it horizontal to the floor, restore the pin. Sometimes he has to double pin the knee to keep it firmly in position. The one he did for me did not require the double pin.
