That's great! The songs have quite different arrangements, very interesting. I have to mention Don's intro to "Wake up little Suzie" he's an amazing rhythm player.

Thanks for posting those videos. I was never fortunate enough to catch BE with The Everlys.
I've been told there was never any live recording / CD of their tour(s).
Much too bad - and wished the vids had a few BE extended solos. Just imagine Buddy playing some of those classic melodies. Wow. |

...and Buddy's version of 'Gonna Build A Mountain' with that band was pretty terrific!
An earlier drummer was the late Graham Jarvis and, at that point, virtually all the band were English; Don would finish his introductions by saying:
"Me, Phil and Buddy are the only hillbillies on the stage!" _________________ Roger Rettig - Emmons D10s, Quilter TT-12, B-bender Teles and old Martins.
