My most popular course is a Two-CD 2 1/2 hour course on applying music theory to the E9 Pedal Steel guitar, which is of course the key to getting better much faster.
Starting from the basics of music theory we quickly move through scale and chord construction, vertical and horizontal scales, chord families, extensions and substitutions, concept of "key" and the harmonized scale in full chords, 3rds and 6ths, and numerous licks, positions, and ideas using all our new knowledge. This is the information all the pros know and use, and the key for understanding and getting the most from every course and book you already have, or will ever get!
No music reading- completely explained as you're sitting at your guitar. Moves quickly from beginner to fairly advanced- great for players of all levels.

Just received the CD's and I really like them!
Lots of information, easy to understand.
Now the only thing that's missing is a C6 version!

BTW, the course is an audio course! _________________ Fessenden D-10, Stage One S-10, Peavey Nashville 112, Boss LMB-3, Goodrich 120; Regal RD-38VS Resonator |

Many thanks, guys. Everybody's been responding extremely kindly to the theory course. Hopefully I've hit a niche that helps people understand what they're playing better.
And Mike, one is on the way to you courtesy of your friend Keith! |

Thanks, Mike. I'm hoping this one will help with understanding every other course people already have, as well as better understanding their guitars and how to play by ear. |
