its from the mid 70's , and was one of the premier banjos of the era, better that most Gibsons of the period...,very heavy, some light nearly invisable belt scaring on the back,small ding on the back binding, overall in 9.000 condition, never repaired or altered, all factory original, no electronics or pick up ever added ,,,walnut resonator and neck..fancy engraved gold parts,,, $1995. plus shipping..e-mail
