Sez, that is some really nice playing on music we seldom hear on steel. Thank you so much. _________________ Jim Keith |

Thank you everybody who watched the video clip, and to those who made all those nice comments. I really appreciate it.
Adair, if I had heard your version first, I might have picked another tune: your version is excellent. Amongst other repertoire, I am working on other Brazilian music from Jobim and others. I hope to be able to do it justice.
I hope to do a couple more video clips early in the New Year - need to put in more practice time.
In response to those of you who indicated interest in my approach to the C6th, I plan to post an MP3 with tablature on the forum in a couple of weeks. Just about every Chord Melody arrangement I play makes use of the Left knee lever cluster, which is non-standard.
However I have a couple of tunes that are quite reasonable arrangements and can be played with a 'standard' setup.
Thank you all once again,
Sez |
