There will be a benefit raffle for Kurt Kowalski at the upcoming Steel Show in St. Louis.
He was severely injured and paralyzed after a car struck him while he was riding his motorcycle.

Many of you have seen Kurt at the sound board in the ballroom at past shows in St.Louis
Please support this deserving cause.
Tickets can be bought at the Sound Booth or at the Peterson Booth.

This is a great cause for one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
I want to personally thank the Peterson folks for stepping up to the plate for this cause.

What a worthy cause. Kurt has got to be one of the most genuinely nicest guys you could ever meet. This is just devastating news as I have not been keeping up with all of the Forum sections. I first met Kurt in Jamestown, NY where I picked up a very nice Forum purchase from him. Later that same year I visited with Kurt at the ISGC and he treated me like an age-old friend. In fact I spent a very pleasant time because Kurt so graciously invited me to hang-out with him and the guys. I am hoping and praying for Kurt and of course will be loading up on raffle tickets in St. Louis. Kurt has always embodied the spirit of the Convention and I looked forward to seeing him each year.

WHEN is the raffle? HOW can tickets be purchased by those unable to make it to St. Louis this year? OR, was this something that took place only at the convention?
