I checked all the volume pedals this morning. There are NO scratchy pots. All work very smooth and quiet.As you would expect, there are some cosmetic issues as they are forty years old and have been used.I have not polished them up or tried to remove any scratches in the finish.I will try and get some pictures up soon.
