I don't think the Millenium itself runs the shuttle but there is one that stops at the Millenium. You can buy a ticket near baggage claim in the airport.

There is a shuttle service from the airport called TransExpress for St. Louis.
Go to their website and print out their info.
I am using them to return to the airport on Monday A.M.

You can also take the Train from the Airport to Busch Stadium which is a very short walk to the Hotel, maybe two blocks. The train cost $3.50 I think and the ride is about 30 minutes. The Train is accessible from inside the Airport terminal.

Would you consider the train safe for me (thirteen years old) and my grandmother ? Are the two blocks in a good neighborhood ? And is it easy to carry our luggage etc. on the train ?

Hi Cayla, I have been riding the train both to and from the Millenium for years. It is fairly easy from the Airport. An elevator at the end of the airport takes you right up to the Train. It only goes out from the airport so you can't get lost. When you get off the train at the Stadium stop, there is a ramp uphill for walking and pulling luggage. It is only a short distance and then you are on the street. The street is by the ballpark and usually only very few people walking around. The hotel is about two blocks from the station on the other side of the ballpark. I have never seen any unsavory types hanging around the station. Most of the time I have met other tourists that use the train to go from place to place. Coming from the airport, most of the train passengers are commuters and people on their way to go shopping, etc. I have never had a problem and will continue to take the train, including this year. It is much cheaper that the shuttle van and very reliable. Most of the time I have met up with women and children so I have always felt safe. Of course I always come in during the day. I also take the train to go to other areas while I am in St. Louis. Hope you have a pleasant journey.

Jean does the train run early in the A.M.?
I need to catch a Southwest flight to Tampa at 9:35a.m.
If I don't have to call TransExpress that would be great.
I also need to go from the Southwest terminal to the main terminal when I arrive to meet Folks coming in on American Wednesday.

Don, I checked the schedule for the Metrolink and according to that, the trains start departing from the Stadium station as early as 4:23am on the weekend and shortly before 4:00am during the week, heading for the airport, so it looks like you should be all set time wise. I do know that the train stops both at the Southwest terminal and the main terminal. Not sure if there is another way the two terminals connect.

Don, just checked, and the airport runs a free shuttle between the two terminals.
Main Terminal: Exit Door MT 11
East Terminal: Exit Door ET 11
These are the doors where you can pick the shuttle up. Hope this works for you.

I make the 5.5 hour drive these days, but when I've flown I used the MetroLink. If you arrive near rush hour you'll cruise past a lot of cabs and shuttles stuck in traffic.

Go from the airport to the Busch Stadium (if the new park is named the same). If you get off there and head in the direction of the arch you'll find 4th street and the hotel.

I have taken the train on each of my St Louis trips. I don't recall ever having any sort of an issue, the only thing I might say is that the two or three block walk from the train to the Hotel may be considered too much for some folks, it's an outside walk so if it is raining or real hot it may not be the answer.

I have some free time to myself Friday during the day when I'm not tending the PSGA booth.
I'll take a stroll over and find the Metro and see if it's the way I want to travel.
I don't want to be looking for it at 7 A.M. come Monday morning.

Hi, hope to meet up with you at the show. Forgot to tell you, the Millenium did have a van and they may shuttle you to the train station. I did use it once when I was with friends and they took us to Union Station where we could also catch the train. At the time there was an afternoon ballgame and the area was crowded. This is something to check on. See you in St. Louis.
