I have an Ovation Legend 30 yrs old that has some worn frets.Where can I take it in Nashville to get a good job for fair price.Can anyone tell me what a fair price to replace about 10 frets & set neck???

Dave,
You have this under the wrong section. It should be in the PEDAL STEEL section of the STEEL GUITAR TOPICS area of the main page. That area has "mechanical issues, etc." Please relist there and you will probably have better luck.

The repair department at Gruhn's doesn't take outside work in.
There are several guys in Gnashvegas who can do the work, average price for a neckset is $350. The best (IMHO), is Andy Todd. Email me and I'll give you his number. He works with Marty Lanham, but does work on his own too. And, he's about $100 cheaper than everyone else. He worked at Gibson for a long time. I trusted him with a neckset on a 1942 Gibson J-45, and he did a beautiful job. Nice guy too!
