Duane wish I could swing it I know the quality of the williams and would love to buy it, but just at the moment cant afford it I know it will be sold before I could come up with the money, but I dont think it would take to long to sell my SD-10 Black
_ _ _ but then I have the wife to answer to if I sell my tele and old hagstrom maybe I can come up with the cash.
Thanks if it is still there in a week who knows might win the power ball if I buy a ticket.

Duane, Correct me if I'm wrong but that is about 25% off the new price..what a great deal...and it also has the Tru-tone pickups, another big plus...the economy must be real bad for deals like this to be offered. Now if I could only get a new car with this type of discount

Brad - correct me if I am wrong, but that beautiful guitar looks lke it lists for around $2800 - Not 25%off of list and I didn't see anywhere where it said it had trutone pickups - I'm probably wrong - would love to have one like it if I would sell my Remington Universal 12

I just bought a similarly equipped Willy, like this one, I added a forth pedal and LV lever, wood neck w/inlays, 600 series changer...when all is said and done they spec out between $3200 & $3400. So the 25% off new price, estimate sounds about right. This looks like an awesome deal. The price list on The Williams Guitar website needs a little tweaking. Smile

Hey RP, you could be right about the PUPS but they sure look like Tru-tones to me. Rick B. Thanks for the backup about the price.

I might add that Duane is a very good man to deal with.

That's gotta be a Truetone pickup unless someone is making knockoffs which is not very likely. I would like to point out that although the new price of this steel would seem to be $2850 ($250 extra for the additional knee lever and pedal, plus $100 for the wood neck), the price list on the Williams website is from 2003. I think if you ordered this guitar today, it would really cost around $3400. Plus the wait. I wish I could afford this Willie! It's a screaming good deal IMHO.

That weight is typical for a Williams SD-10--I have one (400 Series, 4 X 7, lacquer finish, aluminum neck) and it weighs the same.
