Grover 5/16 tuner bushing

I am re-assembling my Double Anniversary Grestch , it is a 62 with a set of Grover Imperials, I am sure they were added , I am missing 1 Faded gold tuner bushing. Any help would be appreciated ,I think this guitar had 3 on a plate tuners but have never seen one , any thoughts ? thanks Bill
