Dick Bailey, local steel guitar player,(and my neighbor) Passed away suddenly Sunday morning. Dick was 76. Dick lived in Arizona until retiring in the early 90's, then moved to Waynoka. His love for country steel was obvious when you heard him play. When not playing a gig, his steel was always set up at home and any local musician could stop by and jam. Dick and his wife Betty would always greet you with a big friendly smile. He will be missed by many including myself.
