Thanks for all the kind words guys. I am really thankful to all the great steelers that came and greatly contributed in making the event a success. The idea of mixing up the featured players came from the Winipeg jam. All were just great. My web site has more info on the event. Thanks again to everyone who attended.

Hi Don,
Thanks for the invitation to play your jam as well as the fine hospitality while I was in Okanagan Falls. I had a great time pickin as well as listening to the other fine steel players (and singers) in attendance. The musicians that backed me up, namely Greg Derkson, Faron Stopson and Scott Gamble did a fine job playing "my tired old tunes" and I appreciate their efforts.
Thanks again Don and job well done. ..jeff

Hi Don,
Let me echo Jeff's & others comments. You & Teresa did a super job! I know what it takes to put on such an event.
The back-up musicians were terrific!
A good taste of 'Western Hospitality' was experienced by all, I'm sure.
Best Wishes,
Al Brisco |

Larry Behm, why did you cover up the name on your guitar?

My Boss SE 70 is mounted on a small mike adapter to the right front leg and it hides the name of every steel. It is not by design that I am trying to hide the name.
Having said that it made me think that really I let my playing stand by it's self and the guitar brings it's own personality to the game. Together "we are one"
